Step 1, Cover up everything left in the room including the floor with plastic coverings. Preferably start with any one corner of the room. Set up a long step up ladder at any one corner of the room.

Step 2, Gradually climb up the ladder. Then scrape off the polystyrene tiling gently from the ceiling.

Step 3, Move to every corner of the room to scrape off the tiling. It is advice able that you don't lean over. Instead keep shifting the ladder.

Step 4, Use some kind of wall paper steamer to remove the glue. Then gradually scrape it away. Be careful not to damage the ceiling under circumstances.

Step 5, While disposing them off remember to dispose them off very carefully in such a manner so that they don't spread.
